HUBUNGAN IKLIM ORGANISASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN PERILAKU KEWARGAAN (OCB) PADA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SINA YW-UMI MAKASSAR

OCB merupakan perilaku sukarela individu di luar deskripsi pekerjaan yang secara eksplisit atau tidak langsung diakui oleh sistem penghargaan formal dan meningkatkan fungsi efektivitas organisasi, penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya Turn Over pada perawat pelaksana dan pentingnya perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat pelaksana di Rumah sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional, dengan sampel sebanyak 92 perawat pelaksana. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan iklim organisasi dengan perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat (p=0.003), terdapat hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat (p=0.002). Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar. Penelitian ini secara empirik menemukan bahwa jika organisasi rumah sakit ingin meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan (OCB) pada perawat, organisasi perlu menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik dan didukung oleh strong leadership management.
Abstract
OCB is a voluntary behavior of individuals outside the job description explicitly or indirectly recognized by the formal reward system and improve the functioning of organizational effectiveness, this research is motivated by the high turn over of the nurses and the importance of citizenship behavior (OCB) in nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of organizational climate, job satisfaction, and citizenship behavior (OCB) on nurses in hospital Ibnu Sina YW-UMI. The research used cross-sectional study method, sample of 92 nurses. The samples was selected using Proportionate Sampling Random Sampling technique. Data collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. The results showed that there is a climate of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in nurses (p = 0.003), there is a relationship of job satisfaction with citizenship behavior (OCB) in nurses (p = 0.002). In conclusion there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate, job satisfaction with citizenship behavior (OCB) at the nurses at the hospital Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar. This research empirically found that if hospital organizations want to improve citizenship behavior (OCB) in nurses, organizations need to create a good organizational climate and be supported by strong leadership management.
