PENERAPAN MODEL INTERPROFESIONAL EDUCATION (IPE) PADA ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN ANAK DENGAN MALNUTRISI DI STIKES KARYA HUSADA KEDIRI DAN PRAKTIK KLINIK DI RS AMELIA PARE KEDIRI
Abstract
Sistem pendidikan penentu utama praktik kolaboratif Interprofessional
Education. Anak merupakan estafet penerus bangsa, dimana masa-masa golden
period, sebagai pertimbangan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan asah, asih, asuh.
Tujuan Penelitian: Penerapan model Interprofessional Education Pada Asuhan
Keperawataan Anak Dengan Malnutrisi di STIKES Karya Husada Kediri Dan Praktik
Klinik Di Rumah Sakit Amelia Pare Kediri.
Metode penelitian mixed-methods. Pendekatan penelitian action research. Populasi
dan sampel 16 partisipan D3 Keperawatan 8 mahasiswa, D3 Kebidanan 4 mahasiswa,
D3 Gizi 4 Mahasiswa) dan 12 partisipan di Rumah Salit Amelia Pare Kediri. Sampel
dengan Purposive sampling, observasi dan wawancara, dianalisis: Constant
Comparative Methode.
Hasil penelitian: A. Penerapan IPE di STIKES Karya Husada, Siklus 1: a) Kuliah
ceramah, evaluasi 99,37%, b) Tutorial, evaluasi 88,6 %, c) Role Play. Produk hasil:
modul. Siklus 2: Kuliah pakar 3 profesi, evaluasi 100% partisipan memahami
penerapan model Interprofessional Education. B. Penerapan model IPE di Rumah
Sakit Amelia Pare Kediri: Siklus 1: Workshop. Model Interprofessional Education
baru pertama kali diterapkan. Siklus 2: Aplikasi langsung anak marasmus, hasil
98,82% sempurna, partisipan paham praktek anak malnutrisi.
Kesimpulan Penerapan model Interprofessional Education asuhan keperawatan
anak malnutrisi, dengan ceramah tanya jawab, Tutorial, Role Play, workshop,
praktek.
