LITERATUR RIVIEW : INISIASI MENYUSUI DINI BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PEMBERIAN ASI EKSLUSIF PADA BAYI BARU LAHIR
Abstract
Latar belakang : Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), bayi yang mulai menyusu sendiri segera setelah satu jam lahir dengan dibiarkan kontak kulit antara sang bayi dengan ibunya. Inisiasi Menyusu Dini adalah membuat bayi dan ibu menjadi lebih dekat dengan kontak batin kulit, dapat membuat lebih tenang, tidak mudah stress, pernapasan dan detak jantung stabil. Anak- anak yang mendapat ASI eksklusif 14 kali lebih mungkin untuk bertahan hidup dalam enam bulan pertama kehidupan dibandingkan anak yang tidak mendapat ASI eksklusif.
Tujuan : mengidentifikasi beberapa penelitian yang sudah meneliti pengaruh IMD terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan menggunakan metode telaah jurnal.
Hasil penelitian : didapatkan 5 jurnal sejenis dan 1 jurnal pembanding.
Kesimpulan : adanya pengaruh inisiasi menyusu dini dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif.
